However, the University reserves the right to make changes to the rules and regulations at any time without notice. No responsibility however, will be accepted by the University for the hardships or losses encountered by the students or any other person or persons due to such changes, additions, omissions, commissions and errors.

In the event of any difficulty arising at any time in the implementation of the regulation or in the interpretation thereof, the decision of the Academic Council shall be final and binding on all concerned.
